Thank you for choosing to participate in the Utah State Employees’ Charitable Fund. Your donation changes lives and enhances the quality of life throughout Utah and beyond.

Donations are accepted only during the Lend A Helping Hand campaign held annually in the fall. During the campaign, donate securely online. Click the “Make a Donation” link below and login to your Utah ID Portal.

Prior to clicking the Donate button verify you are connected to the State network, whether that is from a state facility/building or through the VPN.

One-time Donation with Credit or Debit Card

Ongoing Payroll Deduction (preferred method)

Deductions in the amount you specify will begin with the first payday in January following the campaign and continue through the year until the last payday in December.

Payroll deduction pledges must be renewed each year.

You may cancel or change the payroll contribution at any time during the year by contacting the Treasurer on the Utah Employees’ Charitable Fund Board of Directors.

Tax deduction claimed for the upcoming tax year.

One-Time Donation

When you pledge online, print the receipt and attach a copy of it to the check or money order, made payable to the Utah State Employees’ Charitable Fund.

Give the payment and copy of the receipt to your department campaign coordinator.

If you wish to make a one-time contribution of $26 or more, please consider donating the money in installments through ongoing payroll deduction.

Tax deduction claimed for the current tax year.
