Authorized by the Governor of the State of Utah, the Utah State Employees’ Charitable Fund (USECF) offers employees a one-stop point to support local, national, and international charitable organizations that provide critical services in our communities and beyond. Each fall, the USECF Board of Directors conducts the Lend a Helping Hand campaign to encourage state employees to give generously to the agencies that have been approved to participate in the fund.

Lend A Helping Hand Campaign

The annual Lend A Helping Hand campaign is overseen by a panel of state executives who ensures the campaign is run ethically and lawfully. We are pleased to present the campaign leadership:
