Greeting from the Governor

You probably know that Utah is one of the best states in the nation for volunteerism and charitable giving. But did you know that as a state employee, you have access to a quick and easy way to pool resources to help others?

During this fall’s annual Lend a Helping Hand Campaign, you can support non-profit agencies all year through payroll deduction, or you can give a one-time contribution.

Hundreds of pre-qualified charities are available to choose from at usecf.utah.gov. I invite you to take a look at the non-profit agencies available during the annual campaign and choose one or more that resonate with your values.

You can give a little or a lot — even small donations can do a lot of good. Employees who contribute 1% or more of their base annual pay will get special recognition and be part of the Governor’s One Percent Club.

Please consider joining hands with your fellow state employees by donating a little or a lot during the Lend a Helping Hand Campaign this fall.
